Yes. The fee is $75 dollars regardless of the reason . Clients have up to 24 hours prior to the appointment to call to cancel or reschedule their scheduled appointment. The first "no show" or "cancellation" fee is waived as a courtesy.
We accept several insurance plans. However, we do strongly recommend you contact you carrier prior to your first appointment to inquire about co-pays and deductibles. Our office can also assist however, we can only provide you with the most recent updated information from their site. We can also offer a superbill for clients to file out of network benefits.
How long will the process take before I can make my first appointment?
Does CHART charge a late fee for "no shows" and/or "late cancellations?"
Will my health insurance cover therapy?
The process depends on you. Typically, clients can get an appointment within 24 hours if all required documents are completed and submitted.
What payments does CHART accept for services?
Does CHART have a private pay rate and can I use this option even if I have insurance?
Does CHART assist with completing STD, FMLA, LTD, Emotional support letter?
Unfortunately, we do not assist with these services. However, we will gladly assist your primary physician or health care provider through collaboration or transfer of records with your signed consent.
We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA.
What if me and my therapist are not a good fit?
Switching therapist is as simple as 1, 2,3! Simply contact our office and request a transfer. While we would love some feedback on your reason for switching therapist it is not necessary. We strive to pair our clients with the right therapist based on the client's needs. However, we understand their are other factors to consider to include age, personality, and to be honest, likeability. Our mission is to satisfy our clients and assist them in having a positive experience during a difficult time.
